converting .mov videos for iPod video(.mp4) using ffmpeg

ffmpeg -i [filename].mov -sameq -qphist -f mp4 -r 30 -s 400×300  -ar 44100 -ab 48k [filename].mp4
 
Hi.
I have an iPod touch.
iPod touch supports mov format video, but I couldn’t put the .mov files into iPod touch.
Here’s the command.
